Do I have to order cakes in advance?

Yes. We appreciate 2-3 days advance notice. For special requests please email us at cakebox.yvr@gmail.com

How do I place an order?

Please add your desserts to the cart and select your preferred pick-up time when you checkout. Once you complete the payment, you will receive the confirmation email. Our pick-up location is around Metrotown station.

Do you have delivery service?

Currently, we don’t offer delivery, only free pick up service is available. Please call or text us at 604-816-1757 for more details.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We ask for at least 48 hours notice for all order cancellations as all cakes are made to order. Please note there is an admin fee for cancellations.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Once your payment is processed, we will email the receipt.

Is my information secure?

We will only use your information for ordering and pickup services.
