Inspired by my trip to Asia, this creation features Jin Jun Mei (金骏眉), one of the most celebrated and luxurious black teas in the world from China, often translated as "Golden Steed Eyebrow". This rare tea is prized for its incredibly smooth, naturally sweet profile. It has none of the bitterness of traditional black tea, offering delicate notes of honey, roasted sweet potato, and soft cocoa.
